Erick is a freelance environmental and cultural photographer based in Indonesia. His work aims to capture the country's remarkable wild areas, wildlife, and cultures. He has a rapidly growing library of 10,000 high quality images covering most of the Indonesian archipelago. His video work has covered environmental stories such as Orangutan rehabilitation in Sumatra, Komodo dragons, illegal logging in Borneo, and national parks throughout Indonesia; cultural stories such as the life of Mentawai shaman in Siberut, the Baliem Festival in Papua, and the Pasola festival in Sumba; and humanitarian stories such as floods in Jakarta and the eruption of Mount Merapi in Java.
